@Rahim Abdul Rehman As shown in the KB, an ISE myDeivces or sponsor portal can change the regular password of an internal user but not the enable password. To change enable password, you may use CLI to a Cisco NAD managed by ISE via T+. ISE User Password Change Portal using API and Github is using ISE ERS API for internalUser. This ERS API supports enable password so you should be able to get a copy of @luchthrash's ISE-UCP and modify it to update the enable password.
