What do you mean by "double authentication" exactly? What is the Zyxel router connecting into, or what is your network setup here? We need a lot more information before we can proceeed to help you.

The Cisco (3620)calls Zyxel(100IH) and tries to authenticate him afterwards. When the Cisco sends the response of the challenge to Zyxel, Zyxel does not answer any more and does not function any more. Does there exist an incompatibilté between Cisco and zyxel with the authentification chap?
