No policy server detected.png

Hi everybody. I need help with this particular problem. Although I have seen it raised and solved on this particular forum many times, I struggle to understand the way it is solved since I'm just a user, not very tech-savy when it comes to network connectivity and VPN connections.

That being said, I have of course tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting all remaining files and cleaning the registry in the process. I have also tried to see if there was something I could change in the ISEPosture files present on my laptop, but I can't grasp the meaning of them. In regards to my company, nobody has run into this issue before and there's no specific sector that picks up on this kind of issues.

Another possible solution I used before was using another computer where the system scan always worked without issues, but today both of them have the same problem.

Last, the system scan DOES sometimes work, but there are days when, at system startup, it just won't, randomly. And later on it ends up working, once again, randomly. Knowing how to solve this would save me huge amounts of time.

I would check the server name rules in the posture profile, that is crucial for the clients to be able to talk to ISE PSNs. Another thing I would check is the existence of the "ISEPostureCFG.xml" file on the client.

@federicomt1 When you said you are just a user, I hope you meant you are an ISE admin user and also have admin access to the ASA/FTD. If not, please report your observations to your help desk.

To begin troubleshooting such issues, we would start with keeping track of the timestamps of working and not-working and gathering the support bundle file from the AnyConnect. We will establish a pattern by analyzing the support bundle file.
