Hi,
I would like to implement NAC (802.1x) in my network, but I have a lot of loose unmanaged switches lying around.
Are there any 8021.x enabled desktop switches (4 ports or 8 ports) ?
Thanks,
Tom

Cisco 2960-8 and 3560-8 support 802.1x.

What model switches are they? I know some of the newer 3ks that have the 8 ports should be able to run dot1x. Please send more information such as the model, and what version of code the switch runs. Also you will need a radius server to implement dot1x also either ACS or ISE.
Thanks,
