Hi Folks,

We are running Cisco ISE 1.4 patch 6. Users (Windows 10) using machine based authentication with native windows adaptor after posture assessment (NACagent), network adaptor showing no internet access, but actually work fine.

Kindly advise how to fix this issue.

Hi Tabish,

Basically, windows is basically trying to access that URL:

http://www.msftncsi.com/ncsi.txt

To detect if computer as network access or not.

You might contact Microsoft to see if there could be a timer that can be adjusted for periodic retries.
