The only thing I could suggest would be to update to the latest (and final) patch for this version; patch 7.

If you still encounter the error, you will likely need to migrate to a supported version of ISE. The error references a local directory stating "No such file or directory" which would typically require support from TAC to investigate, but is not possible since this version of ISE has been End of Support for over two years.

you got very old version of ISE - ( suggest to upgrade latest stable version)

check far end have enough space ? and reachable ?

The FTP server is reachable and only the config backup is not working, the operational backup is fine.

Extremely old and End of Support version of ISE. debug by itself is an invalid command.

I don't know what you are expecting us to help you with since you did not provide any backup commands.

1.Pls try to reload ISE.

2. Pls try to initiate a new backup from CLI rather GUI.
