cisco ise certificate generation failed with exception null

Hi,

I'm trying to generate a Pxgrid certificate but i got this error : "cisco ise certificate generation failed with exception null"

hello @Mohamed BH , this can be attributed due to an error related to root CA within ISE , kindly go to  Administration> System > Certificates >  Certificate Signing Request > then click on "Replace ISE root CA certificate chain " , this change takes less than 5 minutes to be completed , once you have finished this attempt to generate the pxgrid cert .
