One of my customer's Apex licenses are up for renewal on 15th of Oct 2020. Need confirmation on the following:
Customer is ready to buy the support but the condition is it should be supported by TAC.
Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

- Following the solving remarks from this thread , it seems that you can just replace the particular license on the eos-ise (too) :

This is not so much of a question for the public community here, but rather an internal question for the BU. ISE 2.3 reached the End-of-Support milestone on 17 June 2020, so there would be no further development effort spent on this release.
As such, I would expect TAC will no longer support this version. If you are seeking an exception, I would suggest having the customer account team raise this with the BU via the internal https://cs.co/ise-pm forum.
