cisco ISE for external guest access

I have ISE 2.7 and I want to use it for external guest access, I have followed this document:

But I can't get redirected to the guest portal on ISE, I keep getting resource not found instead, what settings do I need to have on ISE?

Sorry, we need a lot more detail here.

What would you need to tell the TAC to help you troubleshoot this?

It would be nice if you shared the ISE LiveLog details or errors.

Explain why it is not what you expected. 

What did you expect?  

What ISE authorization profile was assigned? You may need to share the details of the assignment depending on the issue.
