The guide you linked is a great guide to start the process of hardening. It is intentionally vague due to the fact that nearly all network deployments will have variations that require knowledge of such to give more detail. You've linked a general best practices guide and that is all that we can publish for public consumption. If you'd like more detail on how to harden ISE for your network, our Advanced Services team or your preferred Cisco partner will be happy to help.
