Hi,
Have you made any modifications to the respective profiler policy? If so it will no longer be a "Cisco Provided" policy, but become a "Administrator modified policy", thus is skipped in the updates, cause if the updates would apply, it may change stuff you've configured and affect your authorization policies. However, being skipped it does not mean those have been deleted, so the HP printers should still be profiled correctly. If you have not made any changes, it should show up as "Cisco Provided" and should not be skipped in the updates, in which case you're hitting a bug, see if there is a new patch that you can apply.
Regards,
Cristian Matei.

Hi,
Look for all "Administrator modified" policies, delete it, and on the next update, it should no longer be skipped.
