cisco ise upgrade t o3.0, then, GUI service is not running anymore

Dear all,

Let me request to help me the case. that i am facing ise upgrade from 2.7, patch5 to 3.0 using split, then, GUI service is not running anymore. please see attached photo . thanks much.

NOTE: it is not box, i'm using vm version for ISE

Hope we assume here you have done all the prep work before upgrades, like disk and other requirement for ISE .30

Login to SSH and post below output and check all services working as expected?

show application status ise

check the logs

 show logging system ade/ADE.log

Unclear is the ISE Application Server process is running when you do show application status ise.

Dear all

Thanks much for your responses, Issue has resolved by choosing Full Upgrade as attached screenshot when GUI upgrade. But i'm not sure the issue is related with that options or not.
