CSACS 3.3 installed on windows 2003 standard with sp1

Dear all,

I installed the csacs 3.3 on the win 2k3 machine.after the successful installation, when opened the ie.6.0 browser with url http://127.0.0.1:2002

there is blank page with down in task bar visible the "done". But no page displayed.

Note when the cd start it show csacs 2000

but the server is 2003.

Please what needs to be done to get the pages to appears.

Are the services started? I believe you're supposed to restart the server (so the services will start).

Did you try to

1) add http://127.0.0.1 to trusted site or

2) remove IE enhanced security or

3) use e.g. firefox to access the acs admin page ?

You need to install JRE.

I had exactly the same problem !

I fixed it by installing the java files below on the ACS Server then uninstalling internet explorer Enhanced Security Configuration in the add/remove programs under windows components.
