CSACSSE-1113 won't boot

We have a new ACSSE-1113 that won't boot to the login prompt... the screen just stays black. We see the POST info as the SE first starts up, but it never gets to the login prompt.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

John,

Make sure that we don't have any keyboard and monitor plugged in the appliance. You need to connect it using hypertrm.

All we have conencted is the power cable, console cable and network cable.

In HyperTerm we do see the device's various POST messages as it powers up, but it never gets to the login prompt.

We ended up booting up with the recovery CD and reinstalling everything. This worked.
