CSCuv83774: User is not allowed to save date&time condition with allowed characters

Additional input for below bug. The same happens when you try to edit Network Devices settings. Whenever I try to save an inherited Device, it won't save the configuration with message: "You have entered text that appears to contain unsupported tags or markup language. Remove those characters and try again."

This turned out nothing to do with the values in RADIUS or SNMP fields, which *do* in this case contain $ character. It turned out to be information about the "Software version", selected from the pull-down menu. This contains the '(' character as in: 15.0(2)SE5.

Upon deselecting this value, I could save the configuration again.

Contents of bug:

Symptom:

Unable to create a time and date policy condition or downloadable ACL name with certain allowed characters. Angular brackets (<>), ampersand (&), and percentage (%) symbols are the only supported characters.

Conditions:
Conditions/Trigger/How to reproduce:

1. Installed ISE 2.0.0.270
2. Navigate to Policy >> Policy Elements >> Conditions >> Common >> Time and Date Conditions
3. Click on 'Add button' and enter the condition name containing these characters #$&()<>~+%*-_@{}!./?; ( say, enter A#$&()<>~+*-_@{}!./?;%<>)
4. Click on Submit button
5. Notice user is able to see the warning message like "You have entered text that appears to contain unsupported tags or markup language. Remove those characters and try again."
6. Now remove these % & <> symbols now user is allowed to save the condition name successfully
7. If user enters the condition name containing any of these special symbols (either angular brace <> or percentage % symbol) able to save the condition name
8. Now enter any invalid special symbol in the condition name (say, test^) then the warning message appears like "The valid name can contain alphanumeric, whitespace or any of these [#$&()<>~+%*-_@{}!./?;] character"
9. Notice in this warning message it is mentioned like % and <> are supported characters but if user tries to create a 'Time & Date' condition name with the combination of these special symbols user is not allowed.

Note: Similar behavior is being observed for Policy >> Policy Elements >>Results>> Downloadable ACL List > New Downloadable ACL

Also for Policy >> Policy Elements >>Results>> Authorization >. Authorization profiles
