I want to clear the list of alarms on the ISE dashboard.
I know how to delete the list I want to delete by clicking on it, but I don't know why, and even if I click on the list, I don't get the next screen.
I would like to know if there is any other way to erase it.

Did you check acknowledge the alarm?
When it ack it will remove from list

I know how to do it, even though it's in the text. But even if I clicked on the alarm on the dashboard, it only showed a white screen, and after an hour it didn't show up as if it was loading. That's why I asked if there was another way.

Is that only happening with the alarms or anything you try to open from the dashboard? I'm not aware of any other way to delete the alarms and I think the only other option to do it would be through the root shell access with the help of TAC. You could try to rebuild the M&T database, not a 100% sure if this will help fixing your issue or not, but no harm in doing it. To do so, issue the command "application configure ise" from CLI and select the option to rebuild the M&T database.
