Download the patch 7 on ACS 5.2.0.26

   We need rebuilding the customer old ACS, Please tell me .. Where can been download the patch 7 on  ACS 5.2.0.26 image? Thanks.

Offically cisco Retired that version Longback, you need to contact any Local partner who stored to give you files, or Google can help you.

The last day of support for 5.2 was July of 2016, over 5 years ago.  The files are no longer available from Cisco, that I'm aware of.   The End Of Support (eos) doc is linked below.

Only ACS 5.8 files are available with the required contract, but ISE is the product you should be using to be in the current lifecycle.
