I think the short answer is "No" but it is a bit more complex than that becuase you are going to use EAP-FAST, EAP-MS-CHAPv2 nad EAP-TLS. I haven't deployed this myself but here is a link to a good document that describes the EAP-Chaining process along with requirements:

at this moment it's supported only under FAST. If you have problem with windows supplicant, you can use latest AnyConnect 3.1. I've tested that and works great.
