Greetings all, we had issue with End User PC. This issue start after NAC implement. When PC Start, it can't connect with ISE. We found a red question mark on network adapter icon WhatsApp Image 2024-12-30 at 08.20.24.jpeg  But after a few time of effort we already did it, PC can connect with ISE and had a compliance status.

However, when PC got shutdown or restart, a red question mark appear again in ethernet adapter. When we try to connect again with ISE. this log always appear in this pattern

and with this message inside that log

We already try this when want to solve this issue

1. farihkurniawan_0-1735617942346.png change startup type for that services from manual to automatic

2. from switch side, release authentication configuration on interface and re-config it

3. shutdown and no shutdown port

4. Reload the switch

5. plug un-plug UTP cable

But that workaround only usefull for temporary solving and PC can connect again. When PC got restart or shutdown, issue appear again. A Red Question Mark still there.

did anyone in this forum has same issue ? Thank you
