Hello everyone
We’re experiencing an issue in our Cisco ISE deployment where endpoints authenticate successfully (we can clearly see them in Live Logs), but they do not appear under Context Visibility → Endpoints.
We have already run System Health Checks under Administration → System → Health Checks, and everything shows as Healthy – no errors or warnings detected.
Has anyone else seen a similar issue where Live Logs show successful authentications, but the same endpoints are missing from Context Visibility?
Any advice or troubleshooting steps to further diagnose this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi @Bali O looks Context visibility has broken and need to reset. Here is the procedure:
Reset Identity Services Engine (ISE) Context Visibility - Cisco

Will this reset action make any changes to our production environment? From what I can see, we only lose the log-history.

Hi @Bali O ,
the Context Visibility represents the PAN Data, in your case you need to Reset & Synchronize with the Database.
Note 1: Live Logs represents the MnT information.
About " ... this reset action make any changes to our production environment ? ... ", not in terms of Configuration, you will generate a Context Visibility from scratch with the Endpoint requests.
Note 2: I suggest generating a backup of the Context Visibility using the following command before resetting the Context Visibility:
ise/admin# application configure ise
Selection configuration option
...
[16]Get all Endpoints
...
Hope this helps !

That procedure will not change any configuration on your ISE deployment, and it will only clean up/reset the context visibility database.
