Error: Failed to get NIC configuration: (null) (FFFFFFFF)

Hi Guys,

I have re-imaged my ACS and I cant set and IP to it in the initial configuration, after setting up administrator account here is the error encountered "Error: Failed to get NIC configuration: (null) (FFFFFFFF)". I am using ACS-1112.

Hi,

I will suggest re-imaging the device one more time.

Those appliances have 2 NIC cards I suggest to connect the cable to the bottom NIC and re-image the device.

Please let me know the results.
