Error registration WLC on ISE (Wireless Setup BETA)

Hello guys, 

I am trying to register my WLC (Version 8.1.102.0) to ISE (Version 2.2.0.470) via the Wireless Setup BETA. I can confirm that the WLC IP Address, Username, Password and Shared Secret are correct; however i cant seem to complete the self registration, its giving me the following error:  Error creating NAD on ISE. Find screenshot attached. 

What could be the issue?

 - Do you have a recent patch level on 2.2.0 (ISE) ?

 thank you it was a different issue :-) .. the WLC already existed on the ISE, that was why it failed to create NAD on ISE. Had to remove WLC from the network devices and let the Wireless Setup do the work :-)
