Failed to Change ACS Database Encryption Password??????

Successfully completed re-imaging the ACS SE 1111 from v3.3.4.12 to v4.1. Moving onto the "Initial configuration" procedure - step10, the following error comes up after entering a encryption password for the Configuration store:

Error: Failed to Change ACS Database Encryption Password

Error: Failed to execute internal operation Error: 1393

Any solutions to resolve this problem?

After reimage this problem should go. It seems we did not follow the correct upgrade process. For upgrading acs 3.3.4 to 4.1 there is no need to reimage it.

Your process should be,

1) Reimage acs via 3.3.4 recovery disk

2) For upgrading it to 4.1, apply management software first and then upgrade software.

Note: Recovery disk is model specific, so make sure we use recovery for 1111 and not for 1112 or 1113
