Hi All,
After upgraded to ISE v3.2 Patch 3, The Managed Account portal is not opening.
Guest Access -> Manage Accounts.
It is showing an error that: HTTP error 404 -> Page can't be found.
Please help me to Identify what may cause this error.

Hi Thomas,
I've done every recommendation from @ammahend. Nothing worked.
Raised a TAC case and They were not able to identify the issue. So, I'm waiting for an update from TAC.

haven't worked on this version, have you tried different browser, incognito mode, consider upgrading to patch4. Seems buggy if the issue only started after upgrade to this patching, if none of above work, you might consider opening a case.

What else have you done to troubleshoot? Different browsers like @ammahend recommends? Reboot the ISE node?

@Siyadh34 Please ensure the FQDN in the URL mapped to the primary ISE node correctly. In case your TAC case is still not resolved, please ask TAC to escalate to our BE ESC team.

Till now the TAC doesn't provided solution. We are still stuck in this case.
