How to change the location of network devices?

Hi,

I noticed tht a network device is wrongly placed in a country. I would like to change it.

However under the network devices grp,"all locations" ->when i click on the "number" of certain country, it nvr display out all the network device under the "location". I can only see "alert_fetching_data" in the list.

Normally how to change/specify the location of network devices?

Hi @getaway51 ,

Normally, you would open the Network Device you wish to change the location (or other attribute) and change it from the device definition itself (where you define the IP address, shared secret, etc.) For bulk changes, you can try Import/Export option.

If you are going to the Network Device Groups menu and seeing an error when trying to display all the devices and getting an error, you might be running into the bug CSCvm98407 . This happens if you have a few too many devices in the groups.
