I don't have the option to create additional ISE Network Access Device Profiles. Do I need a licence plus or apex?

it suppose to be located under Administration > Network Resources > Network Device Profiles:

But the option Network Device Profiles is nowhere

Do I missing something?

Even the Base license suffices to add network access device profiles.

Are you logged in as admin or as a named user? If the latter, please retry logging in as admin - your account may have had restrictions applied (inadvertently or not).

When I go to account setting it says:

Admin user

and then the name of my user

So  Does it  it means that I was given some kind of limited admin  user?

Check which Admin group is assigned under your username (System> Admin access> Admin users), if you are part of Super Admin Group (which most likely is not the case).

Network Device Profiles is a base feature.

If you do not have access to it, you are probably not logged in with a SuperAdmin role.
