Can someone please help with the VM requirements to setup the iPSK Manager for device registration?

There is no published minimum requirement, and the requirements would depend heavily on your environment. With fairly modern hypervisor hardware and no significant oversubscription of the resources I think you should be able to run it just find with 1 vCPU and 4GB of memory. That is assuming that you don't have too many simultaneous users.

document not provided, but i used 8GB and 2CPU works as expected.
