Hi,
Heard from a partner that after upgrade to ISE 2.2 they did not see any hostnames anymore in "“Context Visibility” -> “Endpoint”"
It says that you need a Plus license for that.
It did show this information with ISE 2.1
You can still see hostnames in "“Context Visibility” -> “Network Devices”". Even without a plus license.
Is this not showing hostnames a bug ?
Thanks
Gerard

ISE 2.2 provides stronger enforcement for licensed features including enforcement of continuously exceeded license counts.

I am not sure on the older versions of ISE, but in 2.2 endpoint context visibility is part of posturing, which is not included in base license. Posturing requires a plus license.

To clarify, Context Visibility does NOT require Plus or Apex, but there are specific views and data which are only made visible based on license. For example, profiling and related info (profile and logical profile, SGT, etc) are part of Plus. TC-NAC (Threats and Vulnerabilities), Compliance (Posture and MDM), for example, are Apex features so associated data will not display if lack appropriate license.
