hi
Got a policy set up using AD Credentials and MAC filtering.
For some reason I'm not able to add the MAC address to the identity group. the end device has tried to connect, I search for the MAC address then click add, box in the corner says added, but the counter hasn't gone up for devices in that group, when search for it, it doesn't existing in the group.
Any ideas?

Are you trying to add it through the Administration / Identity groups?
Try through the Context Visibility / Endpoints menu.
Click add from there and fill out required MAC and group from Drop down.

If you got a "server response success" notification at the bottom of the screen, it usually is added immediately - at least from what I have seen. What if you try to add the device using the Context visibility section of ISE?
