I'm having issues with 2.2 trying to download automatically.  Do you get an error message?

cheers

Is the APEX license valid? I believe ISE 2.2 would give HTTP 401 if APEX or Advanced license expired or not present.

Craig:- I branched out your post to a separate discussion as Charles's Offline Posture Update URL is on offline update only and not related to automatic checks.

If you are getting an error, please specify what it is.

Both my ISE 2.1 and 2.4 updated OK.

I've also tried it with ISE 2.2. It failed initially but went fine after I applied Patch 9.

Hi, Im on 2.2 p7

I'm getting soon as click update, "Update operation encountered error HTTP status code: 401"

On my test lab getting a totally different msg.

I've got a TAC call open, they advised to look at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/701/fn70122.html as not a proxy or DNS issue

Hi

That looks like the answer, the APEX licence has expired.
