we have ISE 2.4 in our environment, Guest Self sign process is working fine, Approved Requests, email sent back to Requestor. but Deny email is not being sent back. can someone help on That?

I opened a TAC case and support responded that this (no deny email) is as per design.
There are 2 enhancement defects raised (for v2.4 and v2.3/2.2) to add this feature but it's not yet added.

Same problem for our installation. Running 2.4 patch 9.
Did anyone contact TAC and come to a resolution?
