ISE 2.4 issue with deleting a certificate CSCvj11476

Hi All, 

Any one knows what will be fixed for CSCvj11476  ( issue with recreating certificate or deleting certificate )

Has it been fixed in ISE 2.4 patch 2 ?

Any remediation to handle this situation when we need to replace the any certificate or deleting certificate?

I have never run into this issue before (touch wood!).  I know that if you try deleting a portal certificate that is still linked to one or more portals, then ISE will display a useful error message telling you wish portal it's linked to.

It is annoying, I know.

I also found following issue while rebuilding the Node.

Application server went to running to not running  to initializing state to running state

Any clue ?

I am having the same issue in 2.3 patch 1.  I am upgrading to 2.4 patch 5.  I am running the URT and it will not run since one trusted certificate failed. Will I still  be able to complete the upgrade?
