Hi
I recently upgraded from ISE 2.7 patch 7 to ISE 3.2 patch (full upgrade workflow).
Deployment is 5 node: 2 PAN and 3 PSN. Since the upgrade, I can't access the System Certificates of the other nodes in the deployment from the PAN (secondary PAN and 3 PSNs are affected).
When I click on one of the other nodes I get the error:
Error loading certificates. Node not reachable at this time. Try again later.
Nodes are operating fine and I've tried resyncing but problem persists. I came across the bug below but this doesn't seem to apply
https://quickview.cloudapps.cisco.com/quickview/bug/CSCus49148
Has anyone else come across this?
Thanks
Andy

Reload of primary pan resolved the issue - I can now access the System Certificates on all nodes in the deployment

Try clearing your cache or opening in an in-private window. Due to the many UI layout changes between 2.7 and 3.2, browsers won't display the contents properly due to caching elements from the 2.7 UI.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried all that with 3 different browsers. Will look at rebooting PAN later today.

Hello,
we did a fresh install of ise 3.3 and run now with patch 2.
We recieve the same error described in 1st post.
Reloading primary and secondary node doesn't helped.
Using another Browser like Edge Chrome Firefox also dind't work.
Did anyone has any other idea how to solve this problem?
Thanks for any help!
