ISE and CyberVision integration - PxGrid agent status Offline(XMPP)

Hello all,

after ISE and Cyber Vision integration process I see that the CV is registered on ISE PXGrid as agent, but status is Offline(XMPP).

cyber vision PxGrid agent status :

CV GUI status is "The connection is active".

ISE PxGrid status as I mentioned if Offline(XMPP).

the question is the integration done correctly? If so how can I check it?

Take a peek under the Web Clients tab to see if there are any CV related clients showing as ON. My assumption is that there will be. Hi Mike,

thanks for your response..

I used this procedure (provide by you) for this configuration, but status is offline and NO ONE client is ON - it is empty.

you can see that from the screenshot attached.

added also CV Status. (PxGrid from CV perspective)

any idea?

Hello,

The issue is caused by CSCvu80175. CCV does not publish endpoint updates to ISE until CCV reboots right after the integration. You can reboot CCV once the integration is done as a workaround, it will appear in pxgrid Web Clients tab with Status ON after that.
