Hard to say without version but this could be due to
CSCuh70984 fixed in 1.1.3 patch 4 . 1.2 seem to be unaffected.

Hi Marcin,
Thanks for the reply. Sorry that's lack of info on the device.
The NAC3315 loaded with version 1.1.3.124, with patch 1 loaded.
I will give a try and see would it solve this issue or not.
By the way, my deployment is one Admin/PSN node, another unit is iPEP, both having the identical ISE version and patches.
My question:
should i patch both machine?
how do i patch iPEP unit ? in CLI mode? (there's no maintenance GUI accessibility to the iPEP)
Thanks
Noel

Noel,
Patch4 is not yet out, I can't find a concrete time when it will be out. In the meantime, unit reload should help.
The best way to patch is via GUI which should propagate the patch to other units.
Administration -> Maintenenace -> Patch management.
But also via CLI on each unit seaprately:
mlatosieISE/admin# patch install ?

Noel,
Patch 4 was just released a few hours ago with the fix for the open cursors purging issue. If you continue to see the purge error after applying the patch please open a TAC case so the stuck purge processes can be manually cleared.

If possible try to upgrade to ISE 1.2. This ISE version resolved lot of issue. It is more robust and has lot of new enhancement.
