ISE Default Client Provision Portal Data is not showing

On our ISE, we cannot see the default setting for our client provisioning portal. As a result our redirection-based posture is not working as our provisioning portal lost the data of portal customization.

How can we retrieve the default client provisioning portal setting

To retrieve the default settings for your client provisioning portal in Cisco ISE, check if you have a recent backup to restore from. If not, go to Administration > System > Portal Settings to reapply default settings. Also, review logs for any redirection or customization issues, and check posture rules under Policy > Authorization. If the issue continues, Cisco support can assist in restoring the settings.
