ISE for NAC agent and AnyConnect migration

I was wondering if you could help me with the following.

Scenario: upgrading from ISE 1.2 to ISE 2.2 and also will start a migration process from NAC agent 4.9 to AnyConnect

My question here is if ISE 2.2 can work in parallel with both NAC agent and AnyConnect or is there any caveats I should be aware of? (not both installed in the same endpoint at the same time, but several endpoints ones with NAC agent and others with AC) Or if you could recommend a migration best practice process.

Please configure Client Provisioning policy rules to match what you requiring. For example, below has Guests to use WebAgent and others to use AnyConnect.
