ISE identity password history

The IRS is requiring that the password history be 24 passwords. ISE only allws up to 10.

I think 24 is because of Microsoft domains are 24.

Any way of changing this?

I believe you are talking about https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p1075.pdf page 78<>. I have filed a defect to address this CSCvq47944. Currently there is no workaround for this. Check with your accounts team to prioritize this if needed.
