Ise license - Failed validation ,cannot install base license when mobilty and mobility upgrade count is not equal

Hi,

I  have 500 base , plus and apex license  . These licenses are going to expire within few days . 

did not get the renewal license from the partner . 

So decided to add another 100  evaluation license base . 

when I am importing the base license getting the following error 

"Failed validation ,cannot install base license when mobilty and mobility upgrade count is not equal"

What is the solution

You cannot add Base licenses (evaluation or otherwise) until you've either removed the Mobility licenses altogether or upgraded them all with Mobility Upgrade licenses.

No they are not the same. Mobility license was an old style offering that combined Base, Plus and Apex licenses in a single license. It could be used for Wireless and VPN only (not wired) and had a 1, 3 or 5-year term.
