ISE Logs Assistance

Dear Community,

 

For some reason ISE is not showing any successful Radius Auths in the Radius Live Logs. It is only showing failures. I went to Administration -> Logging -> Logging categories and made sure that "Passed Authentications" was enabled for Local Logging. Any ideas why ISE would not be logging successful auths in the logs? We are running ISE version 2.6.0.156.

"Local Logging" is to log to the log file localStore/iseLocalStore.log

One way to access is via ISE admin CLI and use the command 

show logging app localStore/iseLocalStore.log

As to RADIUS live log, please check whether you have any collection filters defined in Administration > System > Logging. Also, the LogCollector, and if present, LogCollector2 are selected to receive the Passed Authentications.

If that does not help, try reset M&T Database via ISE admin CLI "app config ise".
