Dear experts,
I am doing MAB for the cisco ip phones i am using the default profiled cisco ip phone authorization policy with permit ip any any permission in the Result, but the ip phone 6921 are not profiling to a cisco ip phone profile rather they are profiling as a cisco-device , also when i create a CISCO-DEVICE authorization policy some of them are registering and some of them are not though i have a same configuration on the switch port, Also i have a cisco ip phone 7960 which are profiling properly to a cisco ip phone-7960, i don't have any issues with 7960 IP phones
Any hints dears why 6921 IP Phones are not profiling
