Hi Sir. I found the culprit. It is caused by the WMI in the windows server. Some updates made by microsoft causes the WMI to malfunction. I found a workaround. Instead using WMI as connector between ISE-PIC and domain controller i used PICAgent and installed it inaide my domain controllers and now everything is working smoothly.

The image not show us where this was accoured.

Looks like the communication broken between the devices, so look what changes done before and now to revert back to working status.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hi,

If users are coming to ISE but not FMC, give it a try to reboot FMC and see
if it works. This used to happen very frequently pre 6.7. Post FMC 6.7,
things are stable using PxGridv2
