ISE secondary PAN GUI will not allow login

I have read a few items in this community about the ISE Secondary PAN but not addressing our issue. We have our nodes up, ISE1,2,3 and 2 nodes in another location, ISE1 and 2.

When trying to access the remote locations we were good for awhile but for some reason we are no longer able to get the GUI up. We are using PKI Certs to access so the page appears and we may select the "continue" button but we get "Authorization Failure" after that. We can still access the devices via CLI but that's it.

Anyone else have this issue?

If the certificates expired then most likely the broken chain breaks the
web GUI and cause it to stop loading. I had one recently and had to reboot
everytime I want to access until I got my renewed certificate installed.
