Hi,
I need some assistance in troubleshooting a sponsor portal error that some users are experiencing while trying to create a guest wifi account. The received error is attached with the query. The user is receiving the error even though he has selected a location from the drop down list. Any help is appreciated.

Have you assigned these locations to your sponsor group?
Can you verify it please?
Did the error occurs on Nevada location only or any?
Thanks
Francesco

Hi Francesco,
Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have verified that the locations are assigned under the sponsor group. The user is currently trying to create the account for the Nevada location. I will ask him if he can try the other locations.
Regards,
