Issue viewing ACS reports

Dears 

I am facing issue that I can not view reports in ACS and appears that flash not working and I tried a lot of flash apps still can not view is there any solution by the way I faced this issue after December which Adobe flash not supported more

Greetings I have experienced this problem and it is due to the Java version on your PC, verify that the java version is compatible with the ACS to be able to show the reports

From Jan 14 2021 Flash no Longer able to support the new browser. (any IE / chrome / FF)

 

Suggest downloading a Lower version  of the browser which can support flash player

 

This is what I did for alternative solution (until cisco can give more concrete solution - moving forward with HTML5)

I tried lower version of browsers but with no success could you tell me if you tried specific version so i can download

i tried - the exact version I will post later when i get a chance to access RDP.

Unfortunately browser is not supported for ACS 

what version of ACS.

 

i download this verion and able to get report properly
