join active directory to ise

hello i m working on identity service engine version 2.0 and i install active directory on windows server 2012.when i want to join active directory to ise using ise interface i can't add it.when i click on active directory and then add nothing happens.i try to verify whether the ports are open or not on ise but when i just try netstat command on ise 's console, it is not known . what to do i didn't know how to fix this problem

Steps to follow

• Log into the ISE Primary Admin Node
• Click Administration > Identity Management > External Identity Sources
• Active Directory > Add
• Create a Name for the AD Join Point
• Enter the AD Domain name
• Submit

If you are having issues with adding the domain to ISE, check the following:

• Is DNS pointed properly on ISE?
• Do you have administrative rights to add/remove computers from the domain?
• Are you able to talk to the ISE server from the Windows box and vice versa?
