NACAgentUI.exe procedure entry point not found

Hi All,

We are facing issue with NAC agent. We have NAC agent version 4.9.X.X installed on systems. User is getting following error on screen randomly.

" The procedure entry point ?parseStringEnhance@typeTime@OESIS@SAHPB_W00AAv12@_N2@Z could not be located 

in dynamic link library CoreUtils.dll"

we want to know why this error message pops up and how to resolve this issue.?

Its urgent. Please help in resolving this issue.

How was the Agent installed? Via msi file or via the web auth on the ISE portal and
client provisioning?

During installation, did you get any error

This error message may occur if  installation was not completed and some files are missing , did you try re-installing

Hi Venkatesh,

NAC agent is pushed on all machines at one time; here client provisioning is not used as users are not having admin rights (there are 1000+ machines).

After installation everything was working fine but suddenly this error message started popping up. This message is not appearing on all machines.

we are planning to reinstall it on couple of machines; and observe the behaviour.

Hi All,

Just to update on issue reported earlier

We re-installed NAC agent on machines; for few days it was working fine; but suddenly today the same issue is reported on the machine where we re-installed the NAC agent. 

This shows that re-installation of NAC agent is not the solution for this issue.

I request all experts to kindly look into this issue and provide solution. If this issue persists then client would not allow ISE deployment.

I have attached .jpeg file; which shows the exact error.
