Hi guys,
I successfully installed ACS 5.4. However, I can't access it using web GUI. I created two accounts, admin (during installation) and techuser (after installation) and both of them are denied and I can login ACS using CLI. However, when I'm trying access ACS through web GUI, I get "Access Denied. Please contact your Security Administrator for assistance." Also, I can't see techuser user in the output of show users CLI command.
Could you please help me with this issue.

Hi Neno,
I could see from your description ,you have created the two users from CLI and you are able to login into the CLI successfully .
But you have n't created the users from GUI ,then it will not allow login into the GUI with CLI users.
if we do reset-password ,it will reset the acsadmin password .
Please login into the GUI with acsadmin ,then create(System Administration >Administrators >Accounts) the GUI admins like "techuser " or etc.
We can able to login after creating from GUI .
Thanks

Hi Aakim,
It will be default ,then it will ask new password ,enter new password.
Step 1 In the Username field, enter ACSAdmin
, which is the default username. The value is not case-sensitive.
Step 2 In the Password field, enter
default
, which is the default password. The value is case-sensitive

Hi there, did you also install the latest patch associated with version 5.4? Also, have you tried resetting the GUI password via the CLI. You can do this with the following command:
acs reset-password
I hope this helps!
