outbound http authentication

Has anyone configured oubound http authentication with anything other than TACACS. Preferebly windows 2000 IAS or something cheaper, possibly free. What is the best way to force people to login before surfing the web

You can use Win2k IAS server (RADIUS). The config would be identical to TACACS+ on the PIX.

Just d/l the whitepaper for IAS from Micro$ofts' webpage.
