I'm using a 3640 as NAS with aaa and ACS for windows. When my NAS is restarted my multilink interface does not come up, all other (HDLC and dial async etc)come up and are active. Error on ACS under failed attampts is "bad request from NAS". This situation has only occured after I have inserted the "aaa authorization network default local group tacacs+". A debug of the NAS shows LCP open multilink up and then closed and then down. If I insert the "none", for last resort no authorization, at the end of the aaa statement then the multilink comes up. On the multilink interface I do not have any authentication such as PAP/CHAP (and router usernames), would including this on both the remote and local routers sort out my authorization problem
